For ACC Referrals

Please note: We are not contracted with ACC.

All ACC referrals must come directly from the patient's ACC Case Manager and include:
• ACC Purchase Order Number
• ACC Service Code (MSDA1 for standard, MSDA2 for complex)

GPs should kindly send neurology referral letters to the patient's ACC Case Manager. Once approved, your ACC Case Manager will forward the documents to us. We will review the case to assess suitability and coordinate directly with ACC for appointment scheduling.
